You only need to pay for the customization one time. So if you're putting your child's face on a mug to gift to multiple people, for the first mug choose the customization option with the number of different faces you'd like and for subsequent mugs choose the "remake of previous mug" so that you are not charged the customization surcharge each time. 

If you are re-ordering a custom face mug previously ordered, select the "remake of previous mug" option.

Please expect a 2-3 week turn around time for your mug.
